Ingredients
  

Frozen Banana Base
  • 4 ripe bananas peeled and halved
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Topping
  • 0.25 cup roasted peanuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and cut in half. Insert sticks if desired.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly over banana pieces.
  3. Freeze bananas for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip frozen bananas into chocolate, coating fully.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts before chocolate sets.
  7. Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Serve frozen or store in airtight container.
