- Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway with ice.
- Add elderflower cordial, pear juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup.
- Stir gently for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into serving glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir lightly.
- Garnish with rosemary and pear slice or lemon peel.
