Ingredients
  

Filo Base
  • 6 sheets filo pastry
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Topping
  • 8 oz brie cheese cubed
  • 0.75 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer filo sheets, brushing each with melted butter, then cut into small squares.
  3. Bake filo pieces for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
  4. Top each filo cracker with brie and cranberry sauce.
  5. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until brie is melted.
  6. Drizzle with honey, garnish with thyme, and serve warm.
