Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 oz spinach fresh or frozen
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted or heated through.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Stir in cheeses, seasoning, spinach, and artichokes.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and bake until bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
