- In a large pot, combine broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to gentle boil.
- Add potstickers and cook until cooked through (5–7 min frozen, 3–4 min fresh).
- Stir in spinach or bok choy and carrots. Cook 1–2 minutes until greens are wilted.
- Taste broth and adjust seasoning. Serve garnished with green onions and optional sesame oil or chili oil.
Notes
Store broth and vegetables separately from dumplings for best texture when reheating.
