Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crunch Layer
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans optional
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
Pineapple Fluff Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional

  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, pecans, melted butter, and sugar. Spread on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 7–8 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  4. Break cooled pretzel mixture into small clusters.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  7. Stir in drained crushed pineapple.
  8. Mix in mini marshmallows if using.
  9. Fold in half of the pretzel clusters.
  10. Top with remaining pretzel crunch and chill before serving.

Notes

Best served within 8 hours for maximum crunch.
