Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed pretzels, pecans, melted butter, and sugar. Spread on baking sheet.
- Bake 7–8 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Break cooled pretzel mixture into small clusters.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Stir in drained crushed pineapple.
- Mix in mini marshmallows if using.
- Fold in half of the pretzel clusters.
- Top with remaining pretzel crunch and chill before serving.
Notes
Best served within 8 hours for maximum crunch.
