- Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and place in greased baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold blueberries into cubed bread evenly.
- Pour custard over bread and press lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle topping over bread.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool 5–10 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with maple syrup.
