- Mix flour, salt, yeast, and rosemary in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
- Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Shape dough gently and place into hot pot.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
