Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, and rosemary in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
  4. Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. Shape dough gently and place into hot pot.
  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.

For best results, allow full fermentation time.
