Method
- Slice kielbasa and onions, mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add kielbasa, cook until golden on edges.
- Stir in sauerkraut, paprika, black pepper, and caraway seeds.
- Pour in broth, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, serve.
Notes
Rinse sauerkraut if you prefer milder flavor. Optional vegetables or apples can add sweetness.
