Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Bread
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
Optional Glaze
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Thaw frozen bread dough until soft and pliable.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Shape dough into a loaf and score diagonally in both directions.
  4. Brush or dip the loaf entirely in melted butter.
  5. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the loaf in cinnamon sugar, filling the scored cuts.
  7. Place in a loaf pan and let rise 15–20 minutes if desired.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Optional: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm loaf.

Notes

Serve warm for the best pull-apart texture.
