Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter dairy-free
  • 0.5 cup dairy-free butter or coconut oil melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dairy-free butter or coconut oil over low heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and salt.
  5. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  6. Spread mixture into prepared pan and smooth top.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, then slice and serve.
