Method
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add garlic or lime juice if using.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix well.
- Serve hot in tacos, bowls, nachos, or wraps.
