Croissant Rolls
  • 2 cans refrigerated croissant dough 8-count each
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Unroll croissant dough and press seams together to form rectangles.
  3. Brush melted butter evenly over dough.
  4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle evenly over dough.
  5. Scatter chocolate chips evenly across the surface.
  6. Roll dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Arrange rolls in baking dish and bake 22–26 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly, glaze if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm; add glaze or powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
