  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips optional, for drizzling
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts optional, for decoration

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave or double boiler

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries and pat completely dry.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil in microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  4. Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate or add toppings.
  5. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and let chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly.
  6. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry to prevent chocolate from seizing. Use quality chocolate for best results.
