- Wash strawberries and pat completely dry.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil in microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate or add toppings.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and let chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly.
- Serve immediately or store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
Notes
