  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 0.5 cup snap peas

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Cook chicken in hot oil until fully cooked, then remove.
  4. Sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender.
  5. Add noodles, chicken, and sauce; toss until coated and heated through.
