- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in toasted sesame seeds.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
