Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place brioche cubes evenly in the prepared dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
- Pour custard over brioche, pressing gently to soak.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake uncovered 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool 5–10 minutes and serve with desired toppings.
Notes
Optional: top with fresh berries, nuts, or whipped cream.
