Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Melt butter over low heat and add marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
- Add Fruity Pebbles and mix until fully coated.
- Press mixture into rectangle and roll tightly into log shape.
- Coat outside with extra cereal.
- Chill briefly, then slice into rounds.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
Notes
Work quickly before mixture sets. Grease hands and knife for easier handling.
