Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 onions thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 cup water

Equipment

  • Large skillet or pan
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add garlic and spices, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until saucy.
  4. Add potatoes and water, cover and simmer until tender.
  5. Adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve hot.

Notes

Best served with rice or flatbread.
