Ingredients
  

Chicken Salad
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 0.75 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add cooked chicken, chopped pickles, celery, and red onion to a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture.
  4. Add fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gently mix until evenly combined.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust pickle juice and dill to taste. Serve chilled.
