Method
- Activate yeast in warm milk for 5–10 minutes.
- Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Prepare peach filling by mixing peaches, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and vanilla.
- Roll dough into rectangle and spread filling.
- Roll dough into log, slice into 12 rolls, and place in greased baking dish.
- Let rolls rise 20 minutes and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
Use well-drained peaches to avoid soggy rolls. Optional garnish: chopped nuts.
