Delicious Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls

Soft cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peach cobbler filling and topped with a vanilla glaze, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup whole milk warm
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Peach Filling
  • 2 cups peaches chopped, fresh or canned
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
  3. Prepare peach filling by mixing peaches, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Roll dough into rectangle and spread filling.
  5. Roll dough into log, slice into 12 rolls, and place in greased baking dish.
  6. Let rolls rise 20 minutes and preheat oven to 350°F.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
  8. Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

Use well-drained peaches to avoid soggy rolls. Optional garnish: chopped nuts.
