Method
- Coat diced chicken with cornstarch.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and broth.
- Cook chicken in hot oil until golden and done. Remove.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, and peppers.
- Return chicken and add sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- Finish with sesame oil and garnish before serving.
Notes
Use freshly cracked black pepper for best flavor. Adjust spice level as desired.
