- Mix espresso, sugar, and coffee liqueur in a bowl.

- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in coffee mixture and layer in dish.
- Spread mascarpone cream over ladyfingers.
- Drizzle caramel and sprinkle grated chocolate.
- Repeat layers then dust cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
