Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • 0.75 cup fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Whisk together citrus juices, garlic, olive oil, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Bake chicken 35–40 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest 5 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil for final 2–3 minutes.
