Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet with olive oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Transfer sausage mixture to Crock-Pot.
- Add broth, potatoes, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in cream, spinach, and Parmesan. Cook 20 minutes more.
Notes
Adjust thickness with extra broth if desired.
