Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add sausage, onion, garlic, potatoes, broth, and seasonings to the Crock-Pot.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and spinach or kale. Cook 10–15 minutes until greens wilt.
- Season to taste and serve hot with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Add crispy bacon at the end for restaurant-style flavor.
