Method
- Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings to Crock Pot.
- Place chicken breasts on top and cover.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.
- Stir in cream, parmesan, and cream cheese until melted.
- Cook an additional 20–30 minutes until creamy.
- Serve hot with garnishes.
Notes
For extra richness, add mozzarella at the end.
