- Season shrimp with salt pepper and paprika.
- Dip shrimp into egg then coat with flour and cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry shrimp until golden and crispy.
- Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan combine honey garlic soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Simmer sauce then add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- Toss fried shrimp with sauce until coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
