Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Add mustard (optional), ham, and cheese to center of squares.
- Top with another pastry square, press edges lightly, and brush with egg wash.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Assemble ahead and refrigerate, bake just before serving for best crispiness.
