  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs until hard, cool, peel, and dry.
  2. Crisp eggs with panko in olive oil until golden.
