- Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Combine baking powder, salt, pepper, and dry rub ingredients in a bowl.

- Arrange wings in a single layer on rack without overcrowding.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
