Method
- Prepare marshmallows and insert toothpicks if desired.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to form batter.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip each marshmallow into batter.
- Fry marshmallows 10–15 seconds per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Coat with graham crackers or powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For best results, freeze marshmallows for 20 minutes before frying.
