Method
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and seasonings until combined.
- Place filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges with egg and seal tightly into ball shape.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on wire rack and serve warm.
Notes
Can be baked or air fried for a lighter option.
