Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp salt
Filling
  • 4 stalks green onions chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and hot water to form dough; rest 30 minutes.
  2. Roll dough, add oil and scallions, coil and flatten.
  3. Pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
