Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb coating stations.
  3. Coat shrimp in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with creamy dipping sauce.
