Ingredients
  

Zucchini Chips
  • 2 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Slice zucchini evenly and pat dry after salting to remove moisture.
  3. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Coat zucchini slices evenly and arrange in a single layer on baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 60–70 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Reheat in oven to restore crispiness if needed.
