  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

  • 8 egg roll wrappers

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble gently until fluffy.
  3. Mix eggs, bacon, cheeses, and green onions in a bowl.
  4. Fill and roll egg roll wrappers, sealing edges with water.
  5. Fry at 350°F until golden brown and crispy.
