Ingredients
  

Lasagna Base
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
White Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and set aside.
  3. Melt butter, add garlic, whisk in flour, then milk and cream.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, seasoning, and parmesan until smooth.
  5. Layer sauce, noodles, chicken, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake 30 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more.
  7. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

Let lasagna rest before slicing for clean layers.
