Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2-3 chicken breasts or 4 thighs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté diced onion in the same skillet until soft, then add garlic.
  4. Add chicken broth and scrape browned bits. Stir in heavy cream.
  5. Add spinach and let it wilt into the sauce.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  7. Adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra depth, add sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms.
