- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Add smoked salmon and gently warm through.
- Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
- Finish with lemon juice and fresh dill. Serve immediately.
