Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood
  • 400 g pasta
  • 300 g shrimp peeled
  • 200 g scallops or white fish
Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups cheese mixed

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Lightly sear seafood and set aside.
  3. Prepare cream sauce with butter, onion, garlic, flour, milk, and cream.
  4. Combine pasta and seafood with sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.

Notes

Do not overcook seafood before baking.
