Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional
  • 1-2 tsp rose water optional
Toppings
  • foam or whipped cream optional
  • dried rose petals optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in beetroot powder until fully dissolved and pink.
  3. Stir in sweetener, vanilla, and optional rose water.
  4. Froth the mixture using a milk frother or whisk.
  5. Pour into a mug and top with foam or rose petals.

Notes

Adjust the beet powder for a lighter or deeper shade of pink.
