- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan until smooth.
- Add pasta and toss to coat. Adjust consistency with pasta water.
