- Add feta and yogurt to a food processor and pulse until creamy.
- Add olives, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil; blend until smooth but slightly textured.
- Fold in fresh herbs and pulse once or twice.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped olives and olive oil.
Notes
Use good quality feta packed in brine for best results.
