Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Cream Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil baby potatoes in salted water for 12–15 minutes until tender.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and simmer for several minutes.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasoning.
  5. Add potatoes and toss in sauce until fully coated.

Notes

Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
