Ingredients
  

Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 3 tbsp chili oil adjust to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and chili oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Gradually stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Adjust spice with extra chili oil or red pepper flakes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and optional sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served immediately for creamy texture. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
