Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- In a skillet, heat butter and chili oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Adjust spice with extra chili oil or red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with parsley and optional sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best served immediately for creamy texture. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
