Ingredients
  

Chicken Spaghetti
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups milk or cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti; set aside.
  2. Sauté onion in butter until soft, then add garlic.
  3. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  4. Whisk in broth and milk until thickened.
  5. Add cheese slowly until melted.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  7. Add chicken and spaghetti; toss to coat.
  8. Serve warm with parsley and extra cheese.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce.
