Method
- Heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in cooked chicken.
- Add cream cheese and melt gently.
- Stir in heavy cream, seasoning, and half the cheeses.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
