Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz spaghetti
Chicken & Sauce
  • 2 pcs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  5. Add cream and milk, then stir in cheeses until melted.
  6. Return chicken and spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for mild or spicy results.
