Method
- Cook pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water.
- Whisk mayo, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine pasta, romaine, avocado, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over and gently toss to combine.
- Add croutons and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Add avocado just before serving for best color + texture.
